Keep your antivirus software upto date to protect from serious threats. Because more than 300 new viruses are discovered every month, we strongly suggest that you update your virus pattern files regularly.

                     If a particularly damaging virus is discovered ‘in the wild’, we will put a new pattern file here as soon as we have a detection routine for that virus. Now using the latest scan engine, you can update Fire by simply clicking the Fire Upgrade button in the Fire Utilities menu.

                     Fire automatically connects to the server and will download the DAT files to your system. Manual updates also available for Fire registered users. It is advisible to update Fire frequently. [Note: Satyam account users must register Fire to get the online update facility]
